Can I return my order?
Please contact us by email to manager@meganailsupplies.com.au within 7 days from the date of delivery in order to make a return for exchange or credit note. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service. Mega Nail Supplies cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Mega Nail Supplies will not be responsible for return shipping costs (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

What if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Mega Nail Supplies can offer Store Credit for a change of mind, however, products must be returned unopened and unused in their original condition upon within 14 days of order delivery for exchange or store credit only.
